Emsee Labs is located in Thornhill, Ontario, just outside of Toronto. We are in the lab Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Eastern Standard Time, excepting statutory holidays. Every single phone call is answered by a live person, and voicemail is replied to the next business day.
