Shipping Policy

The following is our basic shipping policy:

Single orders sent to EMSEE will be processed and returned by prepaid first class mail. On request, we will return them by I.C.S courier and charge the shipping cost to your account.
Three or more orders sent to EMSEE will be processed and returned by I.C.S courier prepaid with no shipping cost to you.
Any order having a total value of $120 or more will be processed and retunred to you via I.C.S courier prepaid and for your convenience, a complimentary I.C.S. bag will be provided for your next shipment.

By holding individual orders when they are not "RUSH" (or by requesting that we hold them until a certain number have been received), you need never have to pay shipping costs for your ear molds.

Guarantee and Limited Warranty

All of our earmolds carry a guarantee against defects in material and workmanship conditional upon the following:

That the problem is reported to us in writing within 120 days of delivery.
That a new impression is sent with the number and date of the order to be re-made, including a full description of the problem.
That the original mold is retunred to Emsee as credit for the remake.

A re-make is free when:

An earmold breaks or cracks from normal use within one year of delivery.
An earmold causes discomfort within 120 days of delivery.
An earmold allows feedback within 120 days of delivery.
An earmold is lost in transit to the dispenser or the consultant.
The laboratory sends a mold that is the wrong style or material.
