| ULTRAFLEX | This hypoallergenic ultra smooth temperature sensitive acrylic compound is used where a material other than PVC or silicone is preferred. It is the softest non-PVC product in our line. Translucent clear satin finish, easy to insert. |
| SOFTEX | Ideal for geriatric use, this semi rigid Acrylic material softens with body heat, yet still retains its memory and never loses shape. Satin translucent clear is almost invisible. |
| MEDIFLEX | Where some flexibility is still desired, this hypoallergenic medical grade material is ideal. It softens with body temperature similar to Softex, and is an opaque flesh colour. |
| MEDICRYL | A rigid hypoallergenic medical grade acrylic formula, which is substantially inert. This is a very popular material, similar to that used for custom in the ear aids and is available in high shine or satin opaque flesh colour. |
| HARD/FLEX | A combination acrylic concha with your choice of any of the soft materials for the canal. It can be made entirely with hypoallergenic materials and is very popular for geriatric applications. |
| DERMATEX | This Polyvinyl chloride opaque flesh material with a Shör A hardness rating of 45, is one of the most flexible compounds on the market, with excellent sealing characteristics. It is an Ideal material for sleep or sound plugs, children's' molds, and severe losses. |
| HYDROCLEAR | A hypoallergenic Polyvinyl chloride compound with a Shör A hardness rating of 50. Where great flexibility and no colour is desired. Clear transparent, hardly visible satin finish. |
| PROTINT | Our most popular material has a Shör A hardness rating of 55, and is an ideal material for children's molds. Its formulation is identical to HYDROCLEAR, but is transparent pink with an inconspicuous satin finish. |
| SILICONE | This medical grade material is sufficiently inert to be used in transplant applications, and is extensively used in profound losses and many allergenic situations. It has a Shör A hardness rating of 45,and is available only in opaque pink. |
| SILICONE II | Outstanding for fitting the profound loss, it is the softest material available presently for manufacturing earmolds and swim plugs. It exhibits all the finest features of our conventional silicone, translucent clear or satin, with a Shör A rating of 25. |
| CATAMARAN | This material has excellent sealing characteristics, fabulous colours, patterned, swirled or solid. It is highly inert and allergy free, and is used exclusively in the manufacture of swim plugs and solid noise attenuators. It's specific gravity less than one and it floats! |
